Élanor sells beauty, oral-care and self-care objects. Some products can be returned only when they are unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Return window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to request a return.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened oral-care items, opened cosmetic products and used beauty tools may not be suitable for ordinary return.

Damaged or faulty items

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery, if an item arrives damaged or faulty. Include your order number, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.

3. Tell us which item the request concerns.
4. Add photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Supplier-partner orders

Because Élanor uses selected supplier partners, return instructions may vary by item. Do not send products back before you have received return instructions.
