How shipping works
- You place your order through Élanor by Wallenhof.
- The order is routed to the relevant supplier partner.
- The supplier prepares and ships the product.
- Tracking information is shared when available.
Processing time
Most products require handling time before they leave the supplier. This is separate from the delivery time shown by the carrier.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. They can be affected by supplier processing, carrier capacity, customs handling, local holidays and destination country.
Multiple products in one order
Some orders may arrive in more than one package when products come from different supplier partners.
Duties, VAT and import fees
Taxes, duties and import handling can vary by country. Where possible, Élanor works toward clear checkout pricing and low-friction shipping routes.
